摘要: The B cell developmental pathway represents a leading system for the analysis of regulatory circuits that orchestrate fate specification, commitment, and differentiation. We review progress has been achieved in identification characterization components such circuits, including transcription factors, chromatin modifying proteins, signaling molecules. A comprehensive model is proposed invokes sequentially acting networks which dictate generation cells from multipotential hematopoietic progenitors.
