摘要: Apolipoprotein AI (apoAI)-mediated cholesterol efflux is a process by which cells export excess cellular to apoAI form high density lipoprotein. ATP-binding cassette protein A1 (ABCA1) has recently been identified as the key regulator of this process. The pathways intracellular transport during are largely unknown nor molecular mechanism ABCA1 governs well understood. Here, we report that, in both macrophages and fibroblasts, secretory vesicular changes response apoAI-mediated efflux. Vesicular from Golgi plasma membrane increased 2-fold This increase was observed raft-poor raft-rich vesicle populations originated Golgi. Importantly, enhanced absent Tangier cell type with deficient due functional mutations. These findings consistent an model whereby transported storage site via may influence part enhancing trafficking membrane.
