摘要: Two young adult monkeys (Macaca mullata) were trained to perform a delayed-response task that required the remember cued spatial position (left or right) over delay interval and then make response position. Local injection of alpha 2-adrenergic antagonist yohimbine (10 micrograms in 2 microliters saline) into dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (Walker's area 46 9) impaired performance task, it was without effect on if there no between cue choice signals. The main performing error after responded uncued with higher rate. 1-adrenergic prazosin microgram beta-adrenergic propranolol same cortical areas induced significant task. present study suggests 2-adrenoceptors play an important role working memory monkeys.
