摘要: The cement production process is one of the most energy and cost intensive in world. In order to produce clinker, a industry requires substantial consumption. About 70% consumption lies on unit rotary kiln system. higher amount due lack work efficiency tools leading waste heat. This reserach was focus modeling heat recovery system using CFD. Analysis mass balance used determine sources loss from results showed that distribustion input good agreement with output gave significant insights oft reasons for low overall efficiency. obtained 53 %. major have been determined as exhaust (21.88% total input), cooler stack (9.62 % input) astemated surface (13.54 input). can be absorbed by air amounted 163,080 Kcal / hour combustion fuel. Based data calculation, coal saved 738 kg day.
