摘要: The formation of circulating platelet-leukocyte complexes has been observed in a variety conditions and may be pathophysiologically significant. Platelet-leukocyte interactions fact facilitate metabolic cooperation mutual activation, which relevance many biological processes including inflammation, atherogenesis hemostasis. During hemodialysis procedure, the series reactions that can occur upon blood contact with foreign membrane surface involve changes affecting almost every cellular plasmatic component blood. This article reviews evidence for abnormal between platelets leukocytes uremic patients undergoing maintenance pathophysiologic implications stem from such interactions.
