摘要: Pustular psoriasis is an uncommon form of psoriasis. It refers to a group disorders characterized by widespread eruption sterile pustules. Generalized pustular very rare in the pediatric age group, more common males under two years old. There are no known precipitating factors, and patient may or not have had stable plaque type past. Reports suggest that oral retinoids best choice drug these cases. case presentation 8 old male. The first changes were noted three weeks prior hospitalization. Initially scattered erythematous plaques with pustules on basis spreading all over body limbs found. Fever, malaise, adynamia pain accompanied symptoms.
