摘要: 1) Objectives : The purpose of this study was to investigate antiaging and antioxidant effects on cultured human skin fibroblast with 80% ethanol extracts plants including stem Dendropanax morbifera, Corni fructus Lycii Fructus. Methods An extract three medicinal Extracts were assessed determine the mechanism activities. Antioxidant activity evaluated by two different assays as 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging super oxide dismutase (SOD) like These tested for cell viability HS68 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. We investigated Ultraviolet-B irradiation cytotoxicity, type 1 collagen, elastin level oxidative damage in (HS68). Recently, many studies have reported that is also involved inhibiting or repairing wrinkle formation, although collagen a major factor formation. Results obtained dose-dependently increased DPPH SOD activity. complex herbal medicine showed low cytotoxicity more than 100% 100ppm/ml concentration. fibroblasts survived 70% at 120 mJ/cm UVB treated tumor necrosis (TNF)-alpha. levels aging factors decreased medicine. Conclusions results suggest Fructus may value potential plant.
