摘要: Twenty-eight cases of acute myeloid leukaemia without normal colony growth in vitro were serially cultured by an agar culture method during remission induction therapy. Colony formation frequently returned before morphological evidence remission. Without early return drug induced aplasia was prolonged and fatal. Analysis the pattern forming cells may be value designing chemotherapy schedule.
