摘要: Conditions are described for the efficient resolution by reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography on octadecylsilica stationary phases of individual molecular species phosphatidylcholine basis their fatty acyl composition. The effects varying phase carbon loading, mobile polarity and column temperature. Eluted peaks were detected a sensitive post-column fluorescence system using fluorescent probe 1,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-hexatriene. This detection permitted direct quantitation irrespective degree unsaturation eliminated need elaborate pre-column derivatization. techniques applied to analysis isolated from rat liver lung.
