摘要: The use of DNA vector-based short hairpin (sh)RNA for RNA interference shows promise as a precise means the disruption gene expression to achieve therapeutic effect. in vivo usage shRNA therapeutics cancer is limited by obstacles related effective delivery into nuclei target cells. Nonviral vehicles that are relevant humans belong group substances about which significant preclinical data has been amassed show an acceptable safety profile, resistance immune defenses and good transfection efficiency. Here, we review most promising current nonviral with focus on their potential therapeutics.
