摘要: Infection with Gram-negative bacteria is a major cause of aberrant inflammation in the oviduct; consequences can include tubal-based infertility and/or ectopic pregnancy. Understanding inflammatory response necessary for development novel treatment options that counter inflammation-induced infertility. The aim present study was to determine effect intraperitoneal (i.p.) administration Escherichia coli-derived lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on acute expression mRNAs and microRNAs (miRNAs) oviduct. On day oestrus, 6- 8-week-old CD1 mice were injected i.p. 0, 2 or 10 µg LPS 100 μL phosphate-buffered saline. Mice killed 24 h later oviducts collected gene analyses. miRNAs evaluated by one-way analysis variance (ANOVA), means differentially expressed (P < 0.05) transcripts separated using Scheffe’s test. affected 49 179 targeted 51 578 (P < 0.05). identity predicted as regulators chemokine interleukin ligand then extracted microRNA.org database. results indicate systemic induces robust mice, identify key putative modulating this effect.
