摘要: FT-IR and 2H-NMR-spectroscopy has been used to study structure dynamics of specifically labeled phospholipids in model membranes. Three examples for the application these two spectroscopic techniques are given. 1. can be behavior pure deuterated compounds with different head groups like phosphatidylcholines (PC**)) phosphatidylethanolamines (PE). Line shape simulations powder spectra oriented samples provide information on mechanism correlation times molecular reorientations. In mixtures mixing lipids. Evidence lipid clustering liquid-crystalline phase comes from splittings observed components. 2. FT-IR-spectroscopy 13C = O gives hydration glycerol back bone. Because vibrational isotope effect both carbonyl bands ester separately when one C is 13C. indicate that lipids hydrated membranes contact water. The amount depends state nature groups. 3. A combination 2H-NMR was determine ω-cyclohexyl fatty acids. Drastic differences conformational dynamical between odd- even-numbered members this class could detected.
