摘要: Twenty intramucosal tumors of 'carcinoma-in-adenoma' and 43 adenomas (39 pyloric gland type, 4 intestinal type) the gall-bladder were studied to establish more precise histological criteria carcinoma or adenoma in cases 'carcinoma type adenoma', compare with pure, that is, without adenomatous components, carcinoma, confirm benign nature spindle cell foci adenomas. Ki-67 p53 immunostaining nuclear morphometry used. Eight pure cancers used as controls. The formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections stained antibodies. Spindle observed only area a frequency 23% 39 adenomas, 45% 20 carcinoma-in-adenoma. staining was negative 129 130 examined, regardless their size, positive one focus (550 microns index 0.2%). All for stain. 36.6 +/- 5.6% 8 carcinomas, 12.5 1.9% 16 carcinoma-in-adenoma, while it 7.9 1.7% areas carcinoma-in-adenoma 4.9 0.5% 32 p53-protein overexpression found seven eight cancers, cancer components However, not any 35 Cells tissue showed significantly larger minor axis than those well other architectural cytologic abnormalities differing from features These results suggest clustered cells do indicate malignant transformation carcinomas are different terms morphology proliferative activity. Moreover, present study carcinomas. In lower malignancy genetic abnormality may differ
