摘要: A pyloric gland adenoma (PGA) of the stomach was first described in a book chapter 1976 by Kurt Elster and has been rarely reported literature. We expanded current immunohistochemical data these adenomas detailed series to further analyse immunhistochemical status PGA. From 60 patients with PGA without adenocarcinomas gastrointestinal tract, an panel Mucin 2, 5AC, 6, CD10, Ki67 p53 used define expression markers. All were positive for 6 (deep mucoid glands), which they express over whole lesion up surface. 5AC varies from case case. transition gastric intestinal differentiation can be observed focally as depicted 2 CD10 65% cases. The corpus mucosa elderly either Helicobacter pylori gastritis or autoimmune is highly affected. Almost 47% all already underwent malignant transformation into adenocarcinoma. Significant differences could detected between adenocarcinoma regarding ki67 p53. diagnosis confirmed immunohistochemically staining against apomucin 5AC. Focal supports hypothesis that initially develop carcinomas type transform later on. high frequency underlines its potential invasive malignancy.
