摘要: Recognizing the pollution characteristics and potential risks of trace metals in sediments are important to protect water ecosystem safety. In present study, a systematic investigation was performed assess risk level river located greatest gold production base China. The geo-accumulation index used contamination degree. sediment quality guidelines ecological were employed complete an assessment. A non-carcinogenic health assessment also carried out evaluate adverse risks. Correlations principal component analyses applied check relationships among ascertain sources. results suggested that most polluted by As, Cd, Hg followed Cu, Pb, Zn. human revealed there no significant inhabitants. Gold mining smelting activities long-term excessive application fertilizers agrochemicals identified as main anthropogenic releases. This study contributed understanding possible sources, degree, riverine surface area.
