摘要: In species-dependent pharmacokinetics there are three main variables: the structure of drug, mechanism and route metabolism. renal excretion. When drug is administered orally, characteristics gastrointestinal tract an additional factor which may dominate overall pharmacokinetic behavior. Sulphonamides metabolized by acetylation-deacetylation reactions hydroxylation. Hydroxylation possible at different positions in N1-substituent group. The ratio between acetylation hydroxylation depends on sulphonamide species. Renal function, as expressed inulin or creatinine clearance, almost independent species related to body weight. excretion mechanisms sulphonamides their metabolites governed molecular kidney architecture, but not animal
