摘要: The effects of prostaglandin E1 (PGE1 on the adult respiratory distress syndrome were studied in septic primate ( Macaca fascicularis). A 30-min infusion Escherichia coli (1 × 1010/kg) resulted severe shock and syndrome. Primates, if living, killed 4 h after completion E. infusion. Three groups primates (n = each group). control group (Group 1) received PGE1 at 100 ng/kg/min throughout experiment. 2) a . treatment 3) continuous (100 ng/kg/min) along with which was begun 30 min started. Control had hemodynamic changes consistent vasodilatory effect (heart rate cardiac output increased; blood pressure systemic vascular resistance (SVR) decreased).
