摘要: TanshinoneIIA (TanIIA) has been demonstrated to possess numerous biological effects. However, the specific effect of TanIIA on macrophage polarization not reported. In this study, it was revealed that might play a pivotal role in polarization. As our results indicated, cell morphology changed RAW264.7 cells which were treated with LPS or LPS/TanIIA (0.1 μM, 1 μM, 10 μM). Subsequently, pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α and anti-inflammatory IL-10 measured by ELISA kits. Furthermore, enhanced expression M2 markers (Arg1 FIZZ1) decreased associated M1 (iNOS IL-1β). Increased CD206 also detected flow cytometry TanIIA-treated groups. Mechanistically, modulated ameliorating mitochondrial function regulating TLR4-HMGB1/CEBP-β pathway. addition, increased miR-155 observed incubated effectively inhibited TanIIA. Taken together, suggested inhibits inflammatory response promotes toward an phenotype, provides new evidence for anti-inflammation activity
