摘要: We compared the effects of adoptively transferred Th cell clones specific for influenza hemagglutinin (HA), matrix (M), or nucleoprotein (NP) on antibody response nude mice infected with A/PR/8/34 virus. show that production antibodies to HA absolutely requires presence virus-specific cells. Further, transfer a clone internal proteins, M NP, was as effective an HA-specific in supporting HA. With each clones, kinetics were accelerated by approximately 3 d normal BALB/c mice. The HA- and M-specific supported isotype switch from IgM IgG IgA similar which occurs during response. Finally, shown coinfection experiments, required cognate T-B interaction whether determinants recognized B are located same viral protein different proteins within virus particle. implications these findings understanding interactions occur antiviral discussed.
