摘要: ABSTRACT - Cavernous hemangiomas of the orbit are benign, hamartomatous, vascular lesions, more fre-quent in middle-aged women, representing most common benign primitive neoplasm orbit. Sev-eral therapeutic modalities and surgical approaches have been described, order to preserve normal orbital structures. We describe case a patient with volumous cavernoma, approached by fronto-orbito-zigotomy. A review on diagnostic is also presented.KEY WORDS: approach, Cavernoma gigante da orbita: consideracoes clinico-cirurgicas RESUMO Os cavernosos orbita sao lesoes vasculares hamartomatosas benignas, mais fre-quentes em doentes do sexo feminino e de meia idade, constituindo neoplasia benigna primitiva orbi-ta comum.
