摘要: Myosin, tropomyosin, and actin were localized in the epithelial cells of rat intestine by means specific antibodies to chicken gizzard smooth muscle myosin, immunohistochemical studies at both light electron microscope levels (unlabeled antibody enzyme technique). The pattern staining was following (a) Anti-actin associated with microfilament bundles microvilli their entire length, as well network terminal web. (b) Anti-myosin concentrated along rootlets microvillar within filamentous feltwork forming (c) Anti-tropomyosin showed a distribution similar that anti-myosin. In addition, three also labeled subplasmalemmal web underneath cell membrane bordering on basal lamina. Utilizing above ultrastructural findings, we wish propose functional model contraction.
