摘要: HEREIN, two polyurethane oligomers were successfully synthesized using a prepolymer mixing process. The prepolymers based on the step-growth addition polymerization of polypropylene glycol, Methylene diphenyl diisocyanate and 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate or acrylate. Isopropanol was functioned as isocyanate blocking agent. Thereafter, different terpolymer emulsions prepared by emulsion graft copolymerization with vinyl acetate monomer in presence 2-ethylhexyl acrylate monomer. chemical structures oligomeric monomers probed FTIR spectroscopy found to vary content acrylic used oligomer synthesis phase (i.e.hydroxyethyl hydroxyethyl methacrylate). topography, thermal stability, particle size terpolymers investigated SEM, TGA, zeta potential, respectively. TGA results demonstrated marked enhancement stability up ca. 600°C, which concurrent enhanced surface homogeneity film properties evidenced SEM images. These showed also property binders for textile pigment printing terms rubbing resistance, color strength fastness washing when compared commercial binders. judgments would provide new competent route introducing binder use cotton fabrics.
