摘要: In contrast to most of the existing literature on plasma polymerization acrylic acid (AA), not only chemical structure and film thickness deposits were studied, but also a new way obtain COOH-rich surfaces. This is an important aspect when applying obtained coatings for biomedical electronics applications. Therefore, acid/CO2 polymer films with ca. 150 nm deposited in pulsed regime onto polyethylene aluminium as organic inorganic substrates. Their structure–property relationships studied dependence mixture ratio monomer CO2 gas.
