摘要: In contrast to most of the existing literature on plasma polymerization acrylic acid (AA), not only chemical structure and film thickness deposits were studied, but also a new way obtain COOH-rich surfaces. This is an important aspect when applying obtained coatings for biomedical electronics applications. Therefore, acid/CO2 polymer films with ca. 150 nm deposited in pulsed regime onto polyethylene aluminium as organic inorganic substrates. Their structure–property relationships studied dependence mixture ratio monomer CO2 gas. The influence gas regularity functionality poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) was detail using bulk-sensitive (dielectric spectroscopy Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy) well surface-sensitive methods such X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. For clear identification films, COOH groups estimated after derivatization trifluoroethanol by XPS measurement quantitative analysis FTIR data. Results show, presence small amount within plasma, high concentration obtained. However, excess chamber leads fragmentation or/and degradation layer which already deposited. A network increasing abundance branched AA/CO2 mixture.
