摘要: It is now widely appreciated that members of the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) family enzymes play a key role in cancer development and progression along with many hallmarks associated them. The activity these has been directly implicated extracellular remodeling, processing growth factors receptors, modulation cell migration, proliferation, invasion, epithelial to mesenchymal transition, regulation immune responses, control angiogenesis. Certain MMP have validated as biomarkers variety human cancers including those breast, brain, pancreas, prostate, ovary, others. related metalloproteinases, A disintegrin metalloproteinases (ADAMs), share number functions well. Here, we explore essential some their disease-associated activities detail well complementary translational potential. Anat Rec, 2019. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
