摘要: Strontium (Sr) substituted LaFeO3 (La1−xSrxFeO3) (x = 0.05, 0.10, 0.15 and 0.20) multiferroics were synthesized by the conventional high temperature solid-state reaction method. The X-ray diffraction was used to analyze phase formation purity of La1−xSrxFeO3 multiferroics. patterns confirm that all samples are monophasic with orthorhombic structure. charge density distribution interatomic chemical bonding between neighbouring atoms in unit cell examined using structure factors obtained through refinement process. SEM micrographs observe surface morphology determine average particle size. UV–Vis spectrographs magnetic hysteresis (M–H) loops from measurements exploited investigate optical behavior samples. indicate prepared exhibit ferromagnetic behavior. Ferromagnetism observed be relatively prominent for x 0.05 sample, values parameters such as Ms, Mr, HC 2.4 emu/g, 1.12 1616 G respectively. dielectric sample Sr content attains giant value constant about 2.3 × 105 ac conductivity 0.2 Ω−1m−1 when compared other optical, properties have been also correlated charge, nature spin constituent ions which has not explored open literature so far.
