摘要: The complete nucleotide sequence of rice tungro spherical virus (RTSV) strain Vt6, originally from Mindanao, the Philippines, with higher virulence to resistant cultivars, was determined and compared published for Philippine-type A (RTSV-A-Shen). It reported that RTSV-A not able infect a cultivar TKM 6 (10). RTSV-Vt6 RTSV-A-Shen share 90% 95% homology at amino-acid levels, respectively. N-terminal leader contained 39-amino acids-region (positions 65 103) which totally different RTSV-A-Shen; difference resulted frame shifting by insertions deletions. To confirm differences polypeptide, same region cloned sequenced using newly obtained variant RTSV-type 6, had been collected in field IRRI, seven isolates Philippines. Since all sequences target are identical Vt6 seems correlate Vt6.
