摘要: Synthetic thyrotrophin releasing hormone (TRH) has been administered to pregnant ewes, chronically catheterised fetuses in the latter stages of gestation, and newborn lambs. Both ewe her fetus showed marked rises TSH prolactin concentrations after administration TRH. The placenta was impermeable TRH, both directions. sheep near term lamb demonstrated a considerable reserve secretory capacity for prolactin.
