摘要: The differences on the thermal behavior (DTA-TG) of mica samples measured before and after sonication have been studied. Sonication treatment produces important modifications in muscovite biotite samples. For muscovite, it a broadening decrease temperature dehydroxylation crystallization effects, reaching steady stage 40 h time. biotite, original single peak profile for untreated sample is converted into two peaks sonication, intensity low increases with time, while high decreases. modification sonicated has correlated to particle size distribution effect produced by treatment. It also observed that cup tip equipment contaminates releasing titanium its composition.
