摘要: Research on mindfulness interventions with adolescents has burgeoned over the last ten years, and findings have demonstrated increases in overall emotional wellbeing post-intervention. However, little is known about sex differences response to this age group. In present study we examine outcomes of physiological stress markers during Trier Social Stress Test (TSST) measures before after a intervention (N = 15) 10 female 5 male adolescents.
