摘要: Poor sleep is common in substance use disorders (SUDs) and a risk factor for relapse. Within the context of multicomponent, mindfulness-based intervention that included mindfulness meditation (MM) adolescent outpatients with SUDs (n = 55), this analysis assessed contributions MM practice intensity to gains quality self-efficacy related SUDs. Eighteen adolescents completed 6-session study questionnaires on psychological distress, quality, practice, at baseline, 8, 20, 60 weeks postentry. Program participation was associated improvements emotional reduced use. frequency correlated increased duration improvement about Increased relapse resistance, use-related problems.
