摘要: Abstract Although a-Si:H solar cells have great potential in different applications, enhancing their efficiency is still a challenge. An approach to increase the short-circuit current of single junction pin consists on using μ c-Si:H n-layer. In this paper we compare properties structures with n-layers and one. We also developed precise complete simulation model for further study involved electrical variables. For structure thermionic must be used. The data was analyzed through scope recent findings which highlight role conductivity difference carrier transport illuminated cells.
