2,4,6-triamino-s-triazine-based compounds which bind to the tail (fc) portion of immunoglobulins and their use

摘要: The present invention comprises new compounds described by the following general formula:(I) NH2 where R is a straight chain or cyclic alkyl group, X oxygen sufur an imino group absent, R' amino metoxy fluorine chlorine atom and n 0, 1 2. These are useful for binding to tail Fc portion of immunoglobulins so have utility in those applications which require non-covalent interaction molecule with immunoglobulins. Such include detection purification as well treatment certain autoimmune diseases.
