摘要: Aim: To 1) establish adherence rates to a computerised, low support cognitive remediation (CR) training programme and 2) delineate clinical, psychological factors that predict CR. Method: A total of 48 participants with psychosis were asked complete eight weeks CR following comprehensive baseline assessment including factors. Rates analysed predicting established. Results: 54.4% completed meaningful amount (>300 min) five key variables observed correlate adherence: Full Scale IQ, age onset illness, positive symptoms (SAPS), therapeutic alliance (WAI) computer literacy. WAI SAPS shown be the most important those factors; combined they explained 25.7% variance in adherence, 20.1% which was accounted for by alone. Discussion: The current study provides patient profile likely adhere low-support CR. It also highlights importance alliance, despite majority occurring absence therapist. As such, it may well quality not quantity contact, best predicts intervention success.
