摘要: Cognitive remediation (CR) has emerged as the treatment of choice for impaired cognition in psychosis. However, little is known about adherence rates and factors predicting to CR, particularly clinical settings where high-level therapist support unavailable. This study aimed establish examine variables a computerized CR program psychosis (with minimal support). Patients with (n = 61) participated an 8-week program. Results showed 46% completed meaningful amount training. The fully adherent (>80% prescribed amount) nonadherent groups differed participants had poorer working-memory higher negative symptom scores. These findings suggest that approximately half sample were despite support. Furthermore, cognitive deficits symptoms did not impede adherence, may have contributed patients' motivation complete
