摘要: A radiation hardened differential output buffer (300) is partitioned into multiple stages (302, 304, 306, 308), each including at least one current source (310, 312) and a bridge circuit (314, 316, 318, 320). Each stage receives substantially the same inputs time, provides (Outp, Outn). The outputs of are connected together. As result, if disrupted by SEE, does not contribute enough to Outn) disrupt signal.
