摘要: 75 Mo–V–Nb mixed oxide catalysts with a broad range of compositions were prepared by simple evaporation method, and screened for the ethane oxidative dehydrogenation (ODH) reaction. The these systematically changed varying Nb loading, Mo/V molar ratio. Characterization XRD, XPS, H2-TPR SEM revealed that an intimate structure is formed among 3 components. strong interaction different components leads to formation new phase or “intimate structure”. dependency conversion selectivity on catalyst composition was clearly demonstrated from results high-throughput testing. optimized confirmed be composed content 4–8%, Mo 70–83%, V 12–25%. enhanced catalytic performance oxides obviously due synergistic effects ODH in our tests structural information provided characterization studies can serve as starting point future efforts improve oxides.
