摘要: Proteomics is one of the most publicized extensions to genomics post-genomic era. The expression and modification proteins are indicative molecular phenotype organism. Many studies have revealed different information about proteins, such as their amino acid sequence, enzymatic activities atomic structures, these constitute a basic profile that protein. However, role in signal transduction pathways or flow crucial live cells can rarely be deduced from alone. Proteins often interact form complexes, networks interactions connect multiple cellular processes. Reduced inhibited protein lead human diseases, Joubert syndrome[1], Bardet-Biedl syndrome[2], Meckel-Gruber syndrome[3] Liddle syndrome.
