摘要: In this study we have developed bioluminescence-imaging strategies to noninvasively and quantitatively image protein-protein interactions in living mice by using a cooled charge-coupled device camera split reporter technology. We validate both complementation intein-mediated reconstitution of firefly luciferase proteins driven the interaction two strongly interacting proteins, MyoD Id. use transient transfection cells MyoD-Id after induction gene expression cell culture implanted into mice. Techniques subjects will allow cellular networks, including signal transduction pathways, as well development optimization pharmaceuticals for modulating interactions.
