摘要: Relatively little has been written concerning the proximal tibia in total knee arthroplasty. Few authors have looked at landmarks and guidelines for tibial tray preparation orientation. The current study showed that a line drawn 1 mm medial to border of tubercle going through midsulcus spines (the line) provided reproducible landmark tibia, when perpendicular cut was made relative this line, 46 50 knees were appropriate alignment. In addition, it said should be rotated externally approximately 1/3 maximize function. is allowed float functional position femoral implant, external rotation only 2 lateral from age tubercle; far less than close starting point line.
