摘要: Summary Brachial plexus blockade in children can be used for a broad spectrum of clinical indications. Nevertheless, these regional anesthetic techniques are still underused pediatric anesthesia that is mainly because insufficient descriptions the particular techniques. Ultrasound guidance enables direct visualization neuronal and adjacent anatomical structures, cannula, spread local anesthetic. The most important issue this context theoretical background knowledge intensive training hand skills. following review article discusses all relevant aspects ultrasound-guided brachial blockade.
