摘要: Optimal pain therapy during the perioperative period or at neonatal intensive care unit and subsequent reduced use of opioids various sedative drugs is an important factor for patients care. The regional anaesthetic techniques in experienced hands provides excellent relief has potency to reduce requirement mechanical ventilation. Most anaesthesia are applicable also neonates young infants can be used effective safe manner. Ultrasound guidance should all increase efficacy safety. spectrum indications ultrasound-guided babies surgery, selective sympathicolysis. This review reflects expert-based description most recent developments infants.
