摘要: Malnutrition represents a common and important feature in elderly people affected by cardiovascular diseases. Several studies have investigated its prevalence prognostic role most clinical settings, including disease. However, daily practice it usually remains unrecognized consequently untreated. The present review was ideated to answer the main questions about nutritional status assessment patients with disease: why, when, where, how evaluate it, what do improve it. three diseases, namely aortic stenosis, ischaemic heart disease, failure were considered. First, evidence supporting of malnutrition are summarized analyzed. Second, tools for hospital outpatient setting reported each condition. Finally, possible strategies interventions address discussed.
