摘要: Abstract Background The prognostic impact of nutritional status in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients is poorly understood. Methods We used the controlling (CONUT) score and index (PNI) on outcomes 945 with acute STEMI undergoing primary percutaneous coronary intervention stent. Results During a median follow-up 2years (1–3.3years, interquartile range), 56 (5.9%) died for all-cause death. In dead group, CONUT PNI scores were more severe than alive group. Elderly (≥71years) had indices serious Conclusions patients, evaluated by score, addition to other comorbidities, can affect prognosis elderly patients. These results suggest personalized treatment as well an accurate assessment appropriateness lipid-lowering after revascularization.
