摘要: Abstract Anomalous positive magnetoresistance (MR) up to 36% was observed at 2 K and 12 T in the undoped amorphous carbon (a-C) film deposited on glass substrate by pulsed laser deposition 500 °C. There is no tendency of saturation MR with increase magnetic field. The decreases as measurement temperature increases from 2 80 K, could hardly be above 80 K. As grows 300 600 °C, disorder degree a-C decreases, value also indicating that lower results a smaller MR. mechanism this ascribed wave function shrinkage. It help understand phenomenon material systems.
