摘要: The freedom to revoke advance directives is an integral part of any legal regulation or ethical theory such documents, just as informed consent for treatment research also entails the possibility withdrawing at time. While are legally regulated in most developed countries, conditions revocation peculiarly unclear, and there has been very little reflection empirical on this issue. In chapter, I approach question three steps: firstly, summarize data stability preferences over time, with special regard end life. Secondly, discuss various aspects directives, content, form, time state mind, examine possible valid revocation. Thirdly, intricate problem non-verbal, behavioural expressions (sometimes called “natural will”), which may be interpreted a directive. conclusion that essentially another, more recent, form directive, should subject same earlier directives—in particular, full decision-making capacity. Non-verbal behaviour, reflecting patient well-being rather than autonomy, utmost caution. Even if not tantamount revocation, they have taken into account when assessing applicability directive clinical biographical situation.
