摘要: Digitalislanata cell lines obtained via aggregate cloning have been characterized with regard to their growth and ability form deacetyllanatoside C from digitoxin. Cell line W.1.4 achieved 12β-hydroxylation rates as high 200 mg/L d. It was thus used in biotransformation experiments on a 20-litre scale. Six fermentor runs were performed, the best of which yielded 13.2 g C.
