摘要: The assembly of amphiphilic block copolymers in well-defined polymer nanoparticles is an intricate interplay between composition, method and the properties organic solvent used to dissolve building blocks. Remarkably, role composition has been much less studied comparison other two parameters. Here we have systematically investigated effect namely, ratio tetrahydrofuran dioxane, on self-assembly PEG-PDLLA into vesicles their subsequent shape change different topologies. Uncovering such physical basis unlocks new opportunities for development complex without need extended engineering processes.
