摘要: Cross‐cultural leadership research has predicted that the Chinese are perceived as people‐oriented and prefer a high‐context power relationship, whereas Westerners task‐oriented low‐context relationship. However, such general predictions less accurate when intercultural interactions exist in multicultural workplaces. For this reason perceptions relationships of both Western expatriate project managers explored multinational construction firms Hong Kong.
