摘要: With the availability of innumerable ‘intelligent’ building products and dearth inclusive evaluation tools, design teams are confronted with quandary choosing apposite control systems to suit needs a particular intelligent project. The paucity measures that represent degree system intelligence indicate desirable goal in further inhibits consumers from comparing numerous viewpoint intelligence. This thesis is organised respectively develop models for facilitating selection analysis seven predominant building. To achieve these objectives, systematic research activities conducted first develop, test refine general conceptual using consecutive surveys; then, convert developed frameworks practical models; and, finally, evaluate effectiveness by means expert validations.----- The findings this study, on one hand, suggest there different sets critical criteria (CSC) affecting decision systems. Service life, operating maintenance costs perceived as two common CSC. survey results generally reflect an does not necessarily need be technologically advanced. Instead, it should can ensure efficiency enhance user comfort cost effectiveness.
