摘要: Moving from the experience gained in home telemonitoring of elderly patients with Congestive Heart Failure, that confirmed a reduction rehospitalization rate and an improved monitoring drugs assumption by patients, this paper extends evaluation technological approaches for remote health older adults. Focus is on telemedicine effectiveness usability, either patient's or medical operator's perspective. The has been performed testing three platforms designed according to different approaches, realistic scenario involving adults operators (doctors nurses). aim activity was not benchmark specific solution respect others, but evaluate main positive negative issues related system service design philosophy each built upon. Though preliminary, results discussed can be used as set guidelines selection proper equipments services targeted users, usability These need complemented more focused discussions ethical, medical, legal aspects use technology healthcare.
